बेकिंग सोडा को पानी में मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार कर लें। अब इस पेस्ट को चेहरे पर लगाएं और थोड़ी देर बाद गुनगुने पानी से धो लें। आप हफ्ते में तीन-चार बार इसे लगा सकते हैं। आप चाहें तो पानी की जगह गुलाब जल, बादाम के तेल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

शहद के साथ
शहद से त्वचा की नमी बरकरार रहती है और यह बैक्टेरिया से लड़ने में मदद करता है। इसके लिए बेकिंग सोडा में शहद मिलाएं और मिश्रण को चेहरे पर लगा लें। 15 मिनट बाद पानी से इसे धो लें। इस मिश्रण को हफ्ते में एक बार चेहरे पर लगाएं। इससे त्वचा में निखार आता है।

नहाने के पानी में
नहाते समय पानी में थोड़ा सेंधा नमक और बेकिंग सोडा मिलाएं। इस पानी से नहाने पर त्वचा दमकने लगती है। आप ऐसा रोज कर सकते हैं।

नींबू के साथ
नींबू में विटामिन सी होता है जो ब्लीच का काम करता है। इसके लिए आधे कप बेकिंग सोडा में एक नींबू निचोड़ें और चेहरे पर इस मिश्रण को अच्छे से मलें। थोड़ी देर बाद पानी से चेहरा धो लें। आप चाहें तो इसमें कुछ बूंदें जैतून के तेल या शहद की भी मिला सकते हैं।

टमाटर के साथ
टमाटर और बेकिंग सोडा से बना फेस पैक त्वचा दमकाने के लिए कारगर उपाय है। टमाटर के रस में एक चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा की मिलाएं और चेहरे पर अच्छी तरह लगा लें। 15 मिनट बाद चेहरे को साफ पानी से धो लें। आप रोज इस फेस पैक का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

सेब के सिरके के साथ
सेब का सिरका (एप्पल सिडर विनेगर) चेहरे को साफ करने के लिए प्रयोग में लाया जाता है। दो चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा में तीन चम्मच सेब के सिरके की मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार कर लें। अब इसे 15 मिनट के लिए प्रभावित हिस्सों पर लगाएं। चेहरा धोने के बाद उस पर मॉश्चराइजर जरूर लगाएं।
